Refund policy

Would you like to return a product?

For any return request, please email us at hello@moss-paris.com to inform us. Kindly include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) being returned
  • The reason(s) for the return
  • Whether you would like a store credit or a refund
  • A photo of the product(s) to be returned

This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and as quickly as possible.

As per current regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return shipping costs for orders delivered within and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.

The product(s) being returned must be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.

There is no need to include any documents inside the package.

We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method, as we will not accept any claims without a tracking number.

If Möss refuses the return, the item will be sent back to the customer at our expense, without any possibility of compensation. If the return was not previously announced by the customer, a store credit will be automatically issued and sent.

If your order included a gift under certain conditions, and returning items means your order no longer qualifies for the offer, the gift must also be returned to receive a refund. (See our Terms & Conditions for more details.)
For example, if the gift was offered based on a minimum purchase amount, and the return lowers the order value below that threshold, the gift must be sent back.

Gifts obtained through our loyalty program are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with one of your products, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package.

Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
